Wrap a flexible tape measure around the fullest part of your child's chest, right under their armpits. Keep the tape flat against their back and parallel to the floor. Make sure it is comfortably loose so they can breathe and move easily.

📐 How do I check the garment length? ＋

Hold the tape measure at the highest point of your child's shoulder (where the neck meets the shoulder). Drop the tape straight down their front to see where the dress or frock hemline will fall on them.

Yes! Take a dress or outfit that fits your child perfectly right now. Lay it completely flat on a table and measure across the chest (just under the sleeves) and down from the shoulder to the hem. Compare those flat measurements to our chart.
