At Frockwala, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been packed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
To request a cancellation, please contact Frockwala Customer Care as soon as possible and provide your Order Number.
Prepaid Orders
If an eligible prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. The time taken for the amount to reflect may depend on the payment provider or bank.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
COD orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer care team.
After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. If there is an issue after delivery, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges / Return & Refund Policy.
Frockwala reserves the right to cancel an order in cases such as product unavailability, incorrect pricing, payment issues, suspected fraudulent transactions, or circumstances beyond our control. If a prepaid order is cancelled by us, the applicable amount will be refunded.
