1. About Frockwala
Frockwala is a kidswear brand specializing in girls’ frocks, dresses, cotton wear, party wear, ethnic wear and related children’s fashion products.
2. Product Information
We make every effort to display product descriptions, colours, designs, sizes and photographs as accurately as possible.
However, actual product colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting and photography. Minor variations in colour, embroidery, print placement or finishing may also occur between products.
3. Sizes
Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate available size before placing an order. If you need help choosing a size, please contact our customer care team before ordering.
4. Prices
All product prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise stated.
Prices, offers and discounts may be changed from time to time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors.
5. Orders
An order is considered received after it has been successfully placed through our website.
Frockwala reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of product unavailability, incorrect pricing, suspected fraudulent activity, payment issues or incorrect customer information.
If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.
6. Payment
Customers may use the payment methods available at checkout. Cash on Delivery (COD), where offered, is subject to serviceability and eligibility.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are generally prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days.
Delivery typically takes approximately 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on location, courier availability and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Same-day delivery may be available in Hyderabad for eligible orders and locations.
8. Returns & Exchanges
Eligible exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags and original packaging intact.

9. Order Cancellation
Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they wish to cancel an order. Orders that have already been packed or dispatched may not be eligible for cancellation.
10. Intellectual Property
The Frockwala name, logo, website content, product photographs, graphics and other brand materials are owned by or licensed to Frockwala and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without appropriate permission.
11. Website Availability
We aim to keep our website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times. Website maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Frockwala will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
